What You'll Do:

Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to drive revenue. Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and stakeholders. Stay ahead of the market by analyzing trends, competitor activities, and property values. Oversee lead generation and deal closures with a focus on high conversion rates. Negotiate contracts and finalize transactions to ensure seamless client experiences. Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and uphold the highest industry standards. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to drive company growth.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 5+ years in real estate sales, 2+ years in a managerial role. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate (preferred). Skills: Leadership, negotiation, market analysis, and strategic thinking. Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and RERA laws. Language: Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). License: UAE Driving License (preferred).
