We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Arjan, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive sales performance and achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. Oversee the sales process to ensure smooth and effective transactions. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly in Arjan. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
