Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the bulk LPG gas segment. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Ensure that sales plans align with company goals and market demands.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, address concerns, and enhance service quality. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Analyze market data and customer feedback to adjust strategies for improving sales performance.

Team Leadership:

Manage, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and group performance targets. Set clear performance goals for the team and conduct regular performance reviews. Provide training and development opportunities to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales volumes, revenue, and customer acquisition. Prepare regular sales forecasts and budgets for the division. Collaborate with the finance and operations departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of LPG bulk gas to customers.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards related to the transportation and storage of bulk LPG. Keep updated on changes in regulatory requirements and incorporate them into sales processes where necessary.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments (Operations, Marketing, Finance) to ensure smooth delivery and service to customers. Participate in industry conferences and networking events to promote the company's products and services.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the LPG or energy sector. Strong understanding of the bulk LPG market and industry regulations. Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools.
