Job Summary

The Sales Manager will oversee the sales department for a leading interior fit-out company in the UAE, responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the sales team, expanding business opportunities, and building relationships with high-value clients. This role requires a strong background in the interior fit-out industry, an understanding of the UAE market, and expertise in handling both commercial and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluation. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's footprint within the UAE, focusing on interior fit-out solutions for commercial and residential clients. Identify and secure new business opportunities by approaching clients including property developers, contractors, architects, and facility managers. Manage the preparation and presentation of proposals, bids, and quotations, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, and procurement) to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of client expectations. Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to build the company's presence and explore new market opportunities.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales management in the interior fit-out, construction, or real estate industry in the UAE. Strong knowledge of the UAE market, with an understanding of local business culture, regulations, and trends. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating significant revenue. UAE driving license is mandatory
