We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating leads, building relationships with clients, and securing new projects in the construction and fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction and fit-out sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the operations and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
