We are now looking for a strong Sales Executive Manager to lead our next phase of growth and build out solid sales teams in the Dubai real estate market.

•Key Responsibilities: •
1. Strategic Sales Leadership:
? Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and
revenue targets.
? Identify growth opportunities in the market and recommend initiatives to
capture them.
? Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and market data to inform
decision-making.
2. Team Management and Development:
? Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed
individual and team goals.
? Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement
professional development plans.
? Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance within
the team.
3. Client Relationship Management:
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and
long-term partnerships.
? Oversee client interactions, from initial inquiry through negotiation and
closing.
? Address and resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
4. Sales Operations and Reporting:
? Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring efficiency and compliance
with regulations.
? Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior
management.
? Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, implementing
improvements as needed.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
? Partner with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional
activities and lead-generation campaigns.
? Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes and ensure
seamless operations.
? Represent the organization at industry events, networking sessions, and
client meetings.
•Qualification & Requirements: •
• Minimum of 3+ years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment
• Working for a developer or heading the sales function.
• Managed a sales team and actively worked on their development and growth.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle.
• Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Dubai's real estate market and customer dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience with high-value or luxury property sales.
? Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and lead generation platforms.
? Multilingual skills are an advantage.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing sales teams.
