Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for Dubai, to drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and lead our sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the IT/networking industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering client success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, focusing on large enterprises and SMBs.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to the senior management team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: Minimum 3 - 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the IT/networking sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking solutions, and IT services.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
• Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital collaboration platforms.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
