The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing growth strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve sales targets in the Saudi market. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships, understanding customer trends, and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in managing large accounts.
• Excellent networking and relationship management skills.
• Outstanding presentation and written communication abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Effective time management and estimation skills.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Flexibility to travel frequently for business projects.
• Familiarity with the latest tools, technologies, and methodologies in sales.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions.
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and customer landscape.

• Launch and grow the business with key clients, ensuring strong relationships are established and maintained.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to close deals.
• Foster ongoing relationships with prospects and customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Meet and/or exceed annual sales quotas through strategic planning and execution.
• Coordinate with team members and departments to optimize sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales and marketing initiatives to effectively promote products and services.
