As Sales Manager, you'll lead the team to exceed targets, generate new business, and maximize revenue from existing clients. You'll develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Dubai tourism market. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying upselling opportunities, and providing team training will be key aspects of the role.
To succeed, you should have proven experience in sales management within the tourism or hospitality industry, with a strong focus on revenue generation. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of the Dubai market.
