We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales team, develop strategies to increase sales, and ensure that clients receive exceptional service throughout the buying or selling process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and professional growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives and maximize revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and strategic direction.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including performance tracking, reporting, and setting sales goals.
• Assist agents with complex negotiations and closing deals, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
• Coordinate and lead team meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales goals.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to motivate and inspire high performance.
