Sales Manager:
• Prospecting, identifying potential Clients & closing deal successfully
• Develop constant good business relationship & build trust with Clients
• Creating, implementing & executing of Budgets
• Advice the Clients for a Solution or for a better Solution
• Negotiate & Attend site visits whenever it's required or requested by Clients
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales Engineer & Engineering Department on all Technical solutions
• Promote continuous improvement in selling & exceeding customer's satisfaction through incorporation of engineering team and client feedback comments and competitor's experience into our industry
• Background in Fire, Safety & Security Systems
• Familiar with SIRA and DCD regulations
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves
Responsibilities
• Responsible for planning and directing of work
• Maintain and extend excellent relation with clients and co-workers
• Ensure that business is carried out as per the companies set quality objectives
• Supervision and delegation of tasks
• Ensure to develop positive and energetic attitude
• Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity
• Strong background knowledge in technical engineering solutions
• Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve
• Help prepare budgets
• Analyze risks and opportunities
• Oversee project procurement management
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
• Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
Requirements and skills
• BS Engineering/Business or Equivalent
• 3+ years work experience as a BDE/Sales Executive/Account Manager or equivalent
• Experience in sales & marketing
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• PMP / PRINCE2/SIX SIGMA certification is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Experience:
