Sales Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Dubai real estate market to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead and manage a team of sales agents to drive sales performance and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Train, mentor, and coach the sales team on best practices, sales techniques, and real estate market knowledge.
• Set clear sales goals, establish KPIs, and track team performance to ensure consistent achievement of objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's property portfolio, including key selling points and unique features.
• Create and deliver sales presentations, property tours, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to design and implement promotional campaigns and events.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts, pipeline status, and conversion rates to senior management.
• Manage client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process.
• Stay up to date with the latest real estate market trends, legal regulations, and Dubai's property laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property laws, and investment trends.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in real estate.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in English. ( Arabic is a plus)
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
