Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director for MEA, this role will be responsible for driving business growth while mentoring the sales team.What you get to do::New Business Opportunities:
Develop the overall sales and business development plans to increase service penetration and boost margins and volumes.
Build sales strategies using local market expertise to maximise go-to-market resources and execute key opportunities.
Develop strategies for identifying and pursuing new business prospects.
Pipeline Development:
Work closely with the Regional Director to target key markets and prospects.
Develop an annual sales pipeline with prospects and targets.
Generate metrics and sales insights from trend, pipeline, and segmentation analysis to drive better business outcomes.
Client Relationship Management:
Diagnose prospect needs and advise on the appropriate product or service solutions.
Own the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
Nurture and manage regional pipeline opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
Manage complex commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with legal counsel and finance teams as needed.
Take responsibility for sales tasks, including client contract signature.
Sales Targets:
Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Grow Paymentologys customer base in the region.

8+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, and partnerships in the Middle East.
Knowledge of the cards and payments industry, and the issuing industry in particular.
Strong network with fintechs, digital players, and banks, with experience negotiating at the C-level.
Skilled in creating dashboards and delivering actionable insights for management and sales teams.
A hands-on leader with a balance of strategic planning and execution.
Proven track record in managing and driving sales teams.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a creative problem-solving approach and high energy.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
