Responsibilities:Maintain and strengthen relationships with leading supermarkets and wholesalers to ensure continuous demand for our fresh, organic produce.Collaborate with the farm operations team to ensure product availability and alignment with sales forecasts.Identify new business opportunities with retailers, restaurants, and wholesalers.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the organic produce market.Lead and drive sales growth for wellness-related food, beverage, and skincare products across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Careem).Develop and implement e-commerce strategies, including promotions, partnerships, and advertising campaigns.Sign on new wellness brands and manage their product listings, ensuring high visibility and competitive positioning.Work closely with marketing to create campaigns that drive traffic and conversions on online marketplaces.Required Skills:Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the agriculture, wellness, or FMCG sectors.Strong knowledge of the UAE market, with existing relationships in the farming, retail, and e-commerce sectors being an advantage.Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client retention.Experience in managing sales across multiple verticals, with a focus on both B2B and B2C sales.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
