Job Description

:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for our sales efforts, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate sector, a proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams, and a robust pipeline of prospective clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue goals.

- Lead, and mentor the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, investors, and real estate agents.

- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leveraging existing relationships and creating new ones.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

- Prepare sales reports and present results to Director.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the real estate sector

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.

- Established network and a strong pipeline of potential clients and projects in the real estate market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations is a must
