Job Description

Job Summary:
The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee and manage the sales operations of the firm's real estate team. This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of real estate agents, and driving revenue growth in the secondary market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and maximize revenue.

Identify and exploit new business opportunities within the secondary real estate market.

Team Leadership and Management:

Lead, mentor, and support a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address any issues or challenges.

Market Analysis:

Analyze market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to guide strategic decisions.

Stay updated on industry developments and changes in local, regional, and national real estate markets.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and investors.

Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Transaction Oversight:

Oversee all phases of real estate transactions, from listing and marketing properties to negotiations and closing.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies.

Marketing and Promotion:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote listings and attract potential buyers.

Utilize various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, and traditional advertising.

Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and team achievements.

Prepare forecasts and analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

Training and Development:

Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the sales team.

Ensure the team is knowledgeable about the latest market trends, sales techniques, and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

5-10 years in real estate brokerage, with at least 5 years in a management role.

Market Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the UAE real estate market, especially in Dubai.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Certification:

RERA Brokerage License.

Languages:

Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.

Other:

Valid UAE driving license
