Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate development company "El Prime Properties." The ideal candidate will have experience managing relationships with real estate agents, agency executives, clients, and stakeholders in the property industry, with a proven ability to close sales deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a robust network of real estate brokers, both regionally and internationally.
• Manage an extensive database of brokers, channel partners, and individual clients.
• Prospect potential clients, analyze market trends, and facilitate negotiation processes to ensure fair and honest deals.
• Deliver regular presentations to agencies and maintain consistent follow-ups with agents regarding their clients.
• Achieve and execute monthly sales targets within the specified time frame.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in various geographies through research and prospecting to meet sales targets.
• Present Trillium Heights projects to potential clients, providing detailed information on features, benefits, and specifications, and addressing client objections, concerns, and queries effectively.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including documentation, contracts, and payments.
• Attend company meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the property market and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 2 to 3+ years of sales experience with a brokerage or preferably a developer firm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven property sales experience in off-plan projects.
• Multilingual candidates are preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to close deals.
• Must possess a valid driving license.
