We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients. The team size will be 8-10 agents initially.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to sales agents, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Stay current on market trends, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.
• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote listings and generate leads.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid real estate license.
