Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. You will lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand market share in the office space sector.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape; adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and analysis to senior management.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional materials and coordinate site visits.

Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maximising profitability.

Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and identify potential leads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,999.00 - AED4,999.00 per month
