Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Property Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, particularly in the off-plan sector, and will be responsible for driving the sales team towards achieving and exceeding targets. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in shaping the strategy and performance of the sales department, ensuring team success, and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Property Consultants, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
• Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue from off-plan property sales.
• Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the team provides exceptional customer service.
• Coaching and Mentorship : Train and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on effective sales techniques and client management.
• Performance Monitoring : Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and success.
• Market Analysis : Stay up-to-date with market trends, property developments, and competition, and ensure the team is informed of the latest opportunities.
• Reporting : Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting team performance, challenges, and areas of opportunity.
• Deal Negotiation : Oversee major client negotiations, assist in closing large deals, and ensure that the sales team follows company protocols.
• Event Representation : Represent the company at industry events, property exhibitions, and networking opportunities, promoting the company and its offerings.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in off-plan property sales.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its dynamics.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (Arabic or Chinese) are a plus.
• UAE driving license is required.
