Responsibilities:

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and experienced individual to join our team as the Sales Manager at our JLT campus in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for optimizing our sales processes, enhancing our student recruitment strategies, and driving operational efficiency in our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE market, particularly within the education sector, and will possess proven experience in student recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve recruitment targets and expand market share in the UAE.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions and recruitment partners.
• Monitor sales performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to enhance results.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and initiatives.
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for the sales team on best practices and effective sales techniques.
• Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, pipeline, and sales activities.

We are ready to work with you if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market, with a focus on education and student recruitment.
• Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies and driving sales performance.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft and Google Office Suite.
• Proficiency in English (required), Arabic (preferred).
