The Sales Manager at a real estate company plays a key role in leading and managing the sales team to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company revenue and growth objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing guidance and feedback to the sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and long-term business partnerships.
• Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and areas for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns, property listings, and client outreach efforts.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business.
• 2 years Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, sales processes, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
