Job Description

Job Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Account management, business analytics, and channel development. Team supervision and coordination with marketing .\xc2\xb7 Conduct effective training programs that teach sales agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing.\xc2\xb7 Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.\xc2\xb7 Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. Set individual sales targets with sales team. -Work on sales scripts with agents.\xc2\xb7 Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.\xc2\xb7 Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.Requirements :\xc2\xb7 Must have 4-8 Years of experience with Real Estate industry within UAE.\xc2\xb7 Should have driving license and Car.\xc2\xb7 Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paper work.Benefits
