Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the client base in the accounting and audit services industry. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can bring in new associates and partners, leveraging their experience and network in the field.Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the accounting and audit services sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts to senior management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Job Requirements:

4+ years of experience in accounting and audit services.
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and growing client base in the accounting industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to bring in more associates and partners on board.
Nationality: Indian preferred.
Age: Below 40 years.
