Job Purpose:

Develop, strategy, budget and annual business plan o for the services in the region in conjunction with the overall organization strategy. Manage region P&L and oversee operations to enhance region/country performance. Provide high quality service to customers to retain and expand customer base.

Responsibilities:

Execute the short- and long-term strategy for the department within the context of the 5-year strategy for the organization business unit. Plan, manage and oversee all department processes and activities to achieve the annual plan.

Manage overall operations, oversee business development initiatives, increase revenues and reduce costs to enhance region financial performance

Support the development of professional strategies and policies within their area of responsibility to ensure that organization utilize newest relevant insights and practices.

Manage the team to set their annual objectives and assign tasks to the team members. Monitor daily activities in line with the assigned tasks. Train and coach team members and execute performance management for the team. Correct performance issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master's Degree Business Administration.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Maintenance, AMC's and FM, minimum of 2 years is a managerial role.
