Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in the FMCG sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and drive growth.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
