Skills and experiences
• At least 6 years of experience in IT sales or business development
• Experience in a direct selling role
• Professional record of working with the clients in the Middle East region from finances/banking/insurance areas
• Proven customer interface and presentation skills
• Skilled in negotiation and acting as a trusted advisor
• Proficient in Account Planning and sales pipeline management
• Ability to leverage networks to increase influence
• Fluency in Arabic language is preferred
• Experience with selling Microsoft products is strongly preferred
• Previous experience in Delivery Management will be a big plus

What you'll do
• Create a business development plan to assess, qualify, develop, and shape key opportunities in client accounts, territories, sectors and ensure continued financial health and maximum value creation for both our clients and Avanade
• Work closely with partners and alliances (Microsoft, Accenture, and ecosystem partners etc.) to grow the book of business
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations in support of business development objectives
• Develop and execute comprehensive Account Plans
• Engage with strategic partners to maximize business opportunities
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Plan and oversee sales performance and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to the account strategies across Avanade's portfolio of complex accounts.
• Leverage market intelligence to optimize and broaden Avanade's business positioning and enhance its reputation
