Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand our customer base.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales performance.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our product offerings and industry trends to effectively position our products in the market.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and R&D teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the food industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
