Key Responsibility :-

• As the sales manager for Green Branch Contracting & Landscaping LLC, your role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and market presence in the landscaping and contracting industry. You will lead the strategic direction of the sales team, focusing on business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with property developers, homeowners' associations, and commercial clients. Your responsibilities include crafting and negotiating contracts, managing proposals, and ensuring projects align with the company's financial objectives and quality standards.
• Leading and motivating your sales team will be essential in achieving ambitious sales targets and maintaining high performance standards. It's crucial to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies in landscaping, and environmental regulations to capitalize on market opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and understanding of client needs will be key to securing repeat business and fostering long-term partnerships. Leveraging your expertise in landscaping and contracting, along with your analytical skills to assess market dynamics and forecast sales trends, will guide strategic decision-making.
• Overall, your role as sales manager will require a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, industry knowledge, and customer-centric approach to drive Green Branch Contracting & Landscaping LLC's success in a competitive marketplace

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; additional qualifications in design or events management are advantageous.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the exhibition, events, or creative industries.
• Strong understanding of the exhibition industry, including trends, key players, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
