Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Secondary Market Sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, particularly in the secondary market segment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and guiding the sales team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence and increase sales revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend strategies for improvement.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure coordinated efforts towards achieving sales objectives.
• Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry, specifically in the secondary market segment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• UAE driving license and familiarity with Dubai real estate market regulations are advantageous.
