We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Arjan, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive sales performance and achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the sales process to ensure smooth and effective transactions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly in Arjan.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
