Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Deira - Dubai

: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and develop effective strategies to maximize sales and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
• Provide coaching and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to travel as needed
