: Sales Manager (Preferably: FMCG Experience, Female European)

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
• Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future sales and revenue.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
• Sales Performance: Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Sales Presentations and Proposals: Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client base and stay informed about market developments.
• Customer Service: Ensure the sales team provides exceptional customer service and addresses client queries and concerns promptly.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a sales manager.
• Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
