Requirements: - Bachelor's degre. - Proven track record of success in sales management, with at least 1 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
