We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented Sales Manager who has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. Responsibilities
• Achieve the annual sales targets assigned for the designated region.
• Contribute to strategic planning for sales targets to ensure achievement of business objectives directed by the Managing Director.
• Build relationships and map stakeholders among key end users and EPC clients.
• Proactively generate leads within the UAE, develop opportunities, pursue tender inquiries, and facilitate the award of work to Firenor.
• Collaborate with Proposal and Estimating teams to ensure timely responses to tender requirements.
• Identify and propose new market opportunities, expand core business potential through technological advancements, and address current portfolio gaps by suggesting mitigations or potential new suppliers.
Requirements
To be successful with your application, you will need to show that you meet the following essential criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of comprehensive work experience in Sales in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.
• Previous experience in a similar EPC sales role or vendor sales environment, with a track record of delivering to the EPC market, is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in team management.
• Good understanding of fire protection solutions, systems, and processes.
• Familiarity with the UAE market, including clients and competitors.
• Excellent communication skills in business English, both written and verbal, with good presentation skills.
