Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious targets? Join us as our new Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue streams.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent

• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic partnerships.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner in their marketing strategies.

• Collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that align with client objectives.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

• 3+ years' of sales experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role within the marketing or advertising industry.

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a sales team.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
