As a Sales Manager at Tabeer, you will be a key player in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities. Your role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, brokers, and investors, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that align with Tabeer's offerings. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications :
• Proven experience in real-estate, with a successful sales record.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and brokers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Company is located in Arjan, Dubai. Workdays are from Monday to Saturday with only Sunday off. Timing is from 10 AM to 7 PM with Saturday being a half day. Salary will be discussed during the interview. Visa and basic health insurance are provided.
