The Role
: o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. o Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and motivation. o Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets. o Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors. o Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.

Qualifications: o Open to Asian nationalities o 40 years old and below o Bachelor's degree in Administration, Chemistry, or Commerce o Minimum 4 years experience in the similar role from Polymer/Plastics Manufacturing industry o Must have a valid UAE driving license o Must have knowledge in MS Office, SAP, Internet, and Basic Accounts
