We are seeking motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our clients on a commission-only basis. As a Commission-Only Real Estate Agent , you will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to close deals and earn competitive commissions.

•Key Responsibilities:•

1. •Client Acquisition:• Generate leads and build a client portfolio through networking, prospecting, and referrals.

2. •Property Listings:• List and market properties for sale or rent, ensuring accurate and compelling property descriptions and images.

3. •Client Consultation:• Understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial abilities to provide tailored property recommendations.

4. •Property Showings:• Conduct property viewings and tours for potential buyers or tenants.

5. •Negotiation:• Skillfully negotiate offers and contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

6. •Market Research:• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.

7. •Documentation:• Prepare and complete necessary paperwork and contracts for property transactions.

8. •Customer Service:• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

•Qualifications:•

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai. With knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, including key locations and developments. (Preferred)

- A valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle. (Preferred)

- RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven.
