: Sales Manager - Fresh and Frozen Fruit and Vegetables Position Title: Sales Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Reports To: General Manager **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to oversee the sales of fresh and frozen fruit and vegetables to clients within the UAE, including wholesale markets, shops, supermarkets, and the food catering service sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the food industry, a deep understanding of the UAE market, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Sales Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market. - Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and monitor performance against targets. 2. Client Management: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including wholesale markets, shops, supermarkets, and food catering services. - Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns. - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability. 3. Market Analysis: - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Provide insights and recommendations to the General Manager for product development and market positioning. 4. Sales Operations: - Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, delivery scheduling, and inventory management. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients. - Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to optimize delivery routes and minimize costs. 5. Team Leadership: - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. - Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. - Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. 6. Financial Management: - Monitor sales revenue and profitability, and implement measures to improve financial performance. - Manage the sales budget, including expenses and promotional activities. - Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. **Key Deliverables:** - Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. - Expansion of client base and market share within the UAE. - High levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Efficient and cost-effective sales operations. - Positive financial performance and profitability. - NPD Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the food industry, preferably in the UAE. - Previous experience in Frozen Products is an advantage\xe2\x80\x99 - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong understanding of the UAE market and customer preferences. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in financial management and budgeting. - Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed business decisions. - Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
