: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in pharmaceutical sales. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a sales team, set strategic sales targets, and ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and train the sales team, set targets, and build the team.
Ensure successful product launches.
Collaborate with management and marketing to update sales strategies.
Oversee daily activities of medical representatives and area managers.
Develop relationships with key customers and ensure service satisfaction.
Forecast and achieve sales objectives.
Work towards profitability and market share growth.
Implement marketing activities and manage resources.
Negotiate contracts and manage product inclusion in formularies.
Minimize expiry and market returns.
Participate in CMEs, conferences, and trade shows.
Maintain company policies and detailed records.
Organize and execute sales presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Pharmacy.
7-10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in UAE/GCC.
