* Bachelor\'s degree in business , Marketing or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred ). * Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar leadership role. *Demostrated sucess in meeting and exceeding sales targets. *Strong analytical and problem solving skills. *Excellent communication , negotiationand interpersonal abilities. *Ability to lead , motivate and coach a diverse sales team. *Proficiency in CRM software and sales related tools. *In depth knowledge of market trends and competative landsacpe *Results- oriented mindset with a customer centric approach. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
