Job Summary: We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Manager to help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our companys rapid and sustainable growth. The Sales Manager is responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires a versatile individual who is comfortable reaching out to potential clients to demonstrate our services and products through meetings, email and or by phone including someone who can effectively balance technical maintenance knowledge. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Actively engage in sales activities to promote company products or services to potential customers. \xc2\xb7 Set up meetings, negotiate/close deals and maintain relationships with clients \xc2\xb7 Identify and pursue new sales leads, making cold calls, attending trade shows, social media handling and networking to expand the customer base. \xc2\xb7 Conduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our services. \xc2\xb7 Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints. \xc2\xb7 Achieve growth, present revenue, quotes, expenses and contracts, negotiating terms and closing deals to hit sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns. Qualifications and Skills: \xc2\xb7 Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years\' work experience in UAE in a MEP/Contracting/Construction company \xc2\xb7 With good contacts and exposure to real estate, health and education industries. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in computer applications related to maintenance management and reporting. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of facility maintenance, Dubais building codes and regulations is highly desirable. \xc2\xb7 Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. \xc2\xb7 Attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to quality. \xc2\xb7 Must have a valid UAE drivers license. - WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE - AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month) - EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time / Permanent Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
