Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 6 to 8 sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in both the off-plan and secondary market segments.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to optimize sales processes, streamline operations, and maximize profitability.Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.Stay updated on industry regulations, legal requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and ethical conduct within the sales team. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Fluent in either Russian or French, in addition to English (both written and spoken).Minimum of 4 years of experience in the UAE real estate market, with a proven track record of success in sales.At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in real estate sales.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others effectively.Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Valid UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
