The Role
Job Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales revenue by selling Mobile Accessories & Computer Storage products across the GCC, primarily focusing on export. This role entails identifying prospective retail clients, understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals. The IT Sales Executive must possess strong communication, negotiation, and technical skills, alongside in-depth knowledge of Storage & Mobile Accessories brands in the market and their current players to effectively engage with business owners or businesses and drive sales on a target basis. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, market visits, networking, and referrals. Conduct market surveys & research to understand client business needs and requirements and tailor sales pitches accordingly. Client Engagement and Consultation: Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and noting their requirements. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of IT products. Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals. Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, quotations, and proposals. Coordinate with internal teams such as technical support and customer service to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients. Achieving Sales Targets: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas. Monitor sales performance and pipeline activities and provide regular reports to management. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements
  • Be passionate about technology. Possess excellent communication skills. Have a proven track record of driving sales in the IT industry. Be well-versed with top brands & competitors across the UAE market. Have at least 5 years of experience, ideally within B2B Sales. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in building relationships. Possess knowledge of Business Development, IT Sales, Lead generation, Deal Closure, IT Trends, and negotiations. Be highly goal-driven and thrive in fast-paced environments. Be a strong networker & relationship builder. Have strong analytical skills and be comfortable dealing with numerical data.
