Our client, one of the leading MS Dynamics partners sister concerns in consulting business (with a headcount of 15+) is looking for Sales Manager for their office based in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the software and technology sector, with a deep understanding of Microsoft products, SaaS solutions and customer experience.Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Be able to provide basic product demos to customers.
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Manage a sales team to drive sales strategies, monitor performance, and achieve targets.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and budgetary plans.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
Offer feedback and suggestions for product and service improvements based on customer feedback and sales experiences.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience (at least 8 years), with consistent trend of meeting and exceeding targets.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
Proven ability to position products against competitors.
Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Deep understanding of Microsoft-based technologies and software solutions.
Experience with CRM software (preferable: MS D365) & MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
Experience in the domain of customer loyalty or CX would be highly valued.
