The role of Sales Manager - Leisure is to drive profitable business growth for the hotel. Key outputs are for you to acquire and manage Wholesale / Leisure accounts for the hotel, achieve sales targets, deliver market leading performance, ensure Sofitel Dubai Downtown is the first choice for assigned DMC\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\x93 Destination management companies, Tour Operators & Travel Agents & maximize revenue & commercial opportunities from Leisure segment. Develop and foster business through pro-active direct sales, marketing, telemarketing, direct mail, appointment calls and tours of the hotel and develops strategic action plans for the hotel to drive measurable, incremental sales revenue. Identifies areas of opportunity and recommends tools and sales training to optimize performance. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Sales or related field
Excellent communication skills
Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in managing Leisure sales.
Fluent in English French/German
