Job Description
Role Overview: You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing sales initiatives, coaching and mentoring our sales professionals and ensuring the overall success of our newly formed development company having upcoming new projects in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- Very well-connected in Dubai Real Estate market Broker Matrix.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the real estate industry.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of your sales team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and real estate agencies, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Regularly review and analyze sales data, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including budgets, to optimize the sales department\'s performance.
- Ensure all sales activities and transactions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Any Degree Graduate.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years of successful sales leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market industry trends and development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
