Job Description

  • Will lead the sales initiative and strategies of Prosper Int\xe2\x80\x99l Real Estate.
  • An outgoing and well-networked individual. Can be able to source, identify, attract, organize, lead, develop, activate, inspire, train, discipline, and expand sales networks engaged in real estate marketing.
  • Can be able to tap all possible sources to expand sales networks.
  • With meaningful experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing, particularly of Residential / Commercial projects of Real Estate Developers.
  • Managing and oversee all aspects of properties operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Building and lead a high performing team and managing staff performance.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new business and secure projects.
  • Be able to demonstrate effective negotiation skills and secure the best real estate deals for clients.
Qualifications:
  • With at least 4 years experience in Sales Supervisory level and up.
  • With Real Estate experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English)
  • Proven effective persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Can start immediately and willing to work in Dubai, Media City
