An outgoing and well-networked individual. Can be able to source, identify, attract, organize, lead, develop, activate, inspire, train, discipline, and expand sales networks engaged in real estate marketing.
Can be able to tap all possible sources to expand sales networks.
With meaningful experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing, particularly of Residential / Commercial projects of Real Estate Developers.
Managing and oversee all aspects of properties operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Building and lead a high performing team and managing staff performance.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to win new business and secure projects.
Be able to demonstrate effective negotiation skills and secure the best real estate deals for clients.
Qualifications:
With at least 4 years experience in Sales Supervisory level and up.
With Real Estate experience.
Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English)
Proven effective persuasion and negotiation skills
Can start immediately and willing to work in Dubai, Media City
