Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive Credit card / loan businesses in new and existing markets in the UAE.
- To identify and recruit top sales talent in the team including Team leaders & Relationship officers.
- Mentor / Train employees to help them achieve individual & team targets.
- Ensure monthly & yearly team targets are done by plaining business development activities, trainings etc.
- Should be able to open up medium & large companies thru rapport building to acquire Credit card & loan business from there.
- Candidate ideally should have experience in managing digital sourcing of Credit cards / loans.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent with experience in retails bank product Business especially Credit cards & loans sales.
- 3+ years\' of sales management experience of manage a large credit card & loan sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate should be currently working in the similar role in the UAE with proven track record.
- Sr. Team Leader with relevant experience in the UAE can also apply.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
